戶外景觀│塑木綠建材│使用優美木，沒有原木的缺點
永福院區（現「臺北市永福之家」）整修完成後，102 年完成華岡院區結構補強及外牆整修工程。
原有步道棧道使用原木結構，難耐陽明山山區潮濕環境中，吸水受潮後容易腐爛、膨脹變形的問題，使用壽命不長。
經過我們使用doozer 優美木加以改造，既具有天然木質感和木質紋理，又可防蟲、防白蟻，有效杜絕蟲類騷擾，延長使用壽命。
生態環保、可再生、不含有毒物質、危險的化學成分，防腐劑…等，無甲醛、苯等有害物質釋放，不會造成空氣汙染及環境汙染。
無需維修與養護，便於清潔，節省後期維修和保養費用。
